Firstly, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( CBT ), we help you take back your control and empower you to make the correct decisions when it comes to food. Our Practitioners will guide you through the process of identifying your emotional "triggers" and provide you with the tools to recognise those triggers and deal with them in a more positive way. Often, after the break-up of a relationship or a betrayal, you feel low and worthless with reduced self-esteem but in most cases this is a misperceived emotion. Your Hypno-Band Practitioner will help you work through those feelings and facilitate your recognition of yourself as a person worthy of the love of others and help you rebuild your own self belief. By using these techniques we rekindle the control that you need to take charge of your life and move on to the next chapter.
 
Secondly, The Hypno-Band uses mind/body connections to help you eat less and feel full more quickly. This method works by utilising the power of your subconscious mind to convince you that you have had a Virtual Gastric Band fitted to your stomach. We know the mind is an extremely powerful tool and can easily demonstrate the mind/body connection. Have you ever blushed? Has there ever been a case where someone has said something that caused you embarrassment and subsequently your face reddened? This is the mind/body connection or a physical reaction to nothing more than a thought. With The Hypno-Band we use that phenomenon to take you through a virtual operation during which we fit the virtual band and convince your subconscious that your stomach is smaller, slowing down the passage of food and helping you hear your "I'm full" signal more clearly.
