Helen Croydon is a best-selling author, journalist and broadcaster specialising in modern relationships, woman’s issues and health . She's best known for her immersive journalism - often undercover - investigations and opinion pieces.
 
Her first book Sugar Daddy Diaries: When a Fantasy Became an Obsession is a confessional memoir, with lots of humour, charting her adventures on so-called sugar daddy dating sites. Her second book Screw the Fairytale: A Modern Woman's Guide to Love and Sex will be published in February 2014 by John Blake Publishing.

She used to host a live magazine discussion show, Let's Talk Sex on Body in Balance, Sky 275 and has fronted two documentaries for Current TV, including Extreme Dating, a look at niche and unusual dating trends and Steroids in our Gyms, which required her to take anabolic steroids for a month and film the results. 
 
Helen started off in local radio at Silk FM as their breakfast newsreader, before becoming a producer and presenter for ITN for five years. Before switching to journalism she was a tax adviser for a big four accountancy firm advising Japanese expatriates after studying Linguistics and Japanese at university.
