"Simply apply a good body moisturiser to your neck, cleavage and breasts every night. Remember when applying cream to your neck area to make upward sweeping movements"

"As usual when it comes to skin damage sun exposure is a big culprit so make sure you use a high factor sun cream when you’re next lucky enough to see that golden orb!!"

Shine like a star
Are your summer hollyboobies a distant memory? Is the glow of that holiday tan starting to fade? Well, have I got news for you!! Showing off a sexy sheen on your skin is the A-Lister must-have and you can achieve it even in December!

Celebs such as Tess Daly look no further than Johnson’s Baby Oil Gel with camomile to create that mega watt glow. Apply it to wet skin and it’ll lock in your body’s moisture even more giving you a healthy shine and glow all day that’ll turn heads. Plus, it’s very mild and soothing.

Alison Claire Remarkable Mango Body Butter
Jam-packed with so much goodness I don’t know whether to slather this all over my body or all over my plate! It contains comfrey, mango, cocoa butter, vitamin E, white willow, citric acid, aloe vera and green tea.

The scent is absolutely gorgeous, totally natural and lingers for ages leaving your skin silky smooth with no greasiness.

It’s good to note that Allison Claire has developed a range of natural body creams and is acutely sympathetic to sensitive skin.

Stretch mark creams
Stretch mark creams: I know there’s nothing worse than looking at your tummy, legs or boobiedoos and seeing what looks like a map of the M4 staring back at you. Stretch marks are the bane of so many people’s lives. Unsightly and ugly and confidence-sapping.

But fret not Girlies as help is at hand in the shape of two highly recommended stretch mark creams. The first one is Phytomer Seatonic Stretch Mark Reducing Cream which can be found on www.salonskincare.co.uk. It is claimed by testers that their stretch marks soon faded when using this cream regularly. Fantasticio - let's get started.

The second is Bio-oil available at all major pharmacies. This product is a firm favorite with many and has a great reputation for fading scars and stretch marks. The feedback I've received from amongst my friends has been very positive.

"It’s all natural, hypoallergenic and helps to increase the elasticity of the skin thereby reducing the possibility of stretch marks forming…"

The decolletage area
Creped and wrinkled cleavage, or décolletage area, does not look youthful and even when wearing a v-neck jumper it simply looks really unattractive.

How to avoid this? Simply apply a good body moisturiser to your neck, cleavage and breasts every night. Remember when applying cream to your neck area to make upward sweeping movements.

There are actual décolletage creams also available. Your choice. I’ll be reviewing a selection soon to help you in your choosing.

Super soft body skin
When I was nineteen, an athlete friend of mine told me to always moisturise my arms, legs and torso after every bath or shower. He said that if I followed his advice my skin would always be soft whatever age I was. And he was right. My body skin is super soft and I have his advice to thank.

There are lots of great body creams on the market and it’s up to you how much you want to spend. See 'Suzi's Product Recommendations'.

You will quickly feel a difference in the texture of your skin if you follow my advice every day.

I can highly recommend daily usage of good old E45 cream for super soft body skin. Apparently Cheryl Cole uses it and what’s good for our Chezzer…
