Today I am looking at:

Open University

Beginning with something for everyone.
Open University:  where you can study online and gain so many different qualifications.
You can study in your own time and gain higher qualifications to degree subjects such as:


The Open University is available nationwide and has a special page for International students.

When you want to go to classes or start to retrain it is hard to know where to start.
Community Education classes are a fantastic way to start. They are usually very reasonable costing and sometimes free.

The website below is a link to various adult community classes throughout the city of Edinburgh. It shows everything from English classes to Zumba.

You can also sign up to regular updates so you’ll never miss out.


Community Learning - Glasgow Life

Below is a link to various Adult Education classes throughout Glasgow. You can study a range of key skills, Gaelic, literacy and lots more.

Evening and Weekend Classes - University of Strathclyde

Do not be put off by the thought of university. There are some fabulous weekend and evening classes that are offered by the University of Strathclyde.

There’s even a course on Wine Appreciation. I like the sound of that!
